Kathleen Giese - Fine Artist
Kathleen Giese has had a life-long passion for nature and photography! She is an accomplished oil painting artist and instructor as well as photographer.
She traveled throughout the United States to study with internationally recognized oil painting artists including Bill 'Ridley' Bayer, John Thamm, Ellen Tye, and Buck Paulson. Kathleen is formally trained in traditional, Old Master's, and alla prima techniques.
She is a beloved oil painting instructor. Students from Michigan, Florida, Iowa, Illinois and Wisconsin have studied with Kathleen.
Kathleen has been a featured artist at the the Frame Shop and Galena Art Walk in Galena, Illinois.
